My feedback:
- Left looking better than right
- Was going too high with catch before (probably fixed it a bit by video time)
- Too much ‘cranking’ of the paddle with the arms, use body more effectively (this will also help keep paddle positive/neutral longer)
- Use more legs
- Keep head up
- Keep body straight and head/shoulders relaxed (don’t collapse in)
- Sit up 5-10 degrees
- She didn’t mention it (so many things to mention!) but I think I can bend a bit more and get a more full blade / connection at the front (too much air catch right now)
